Job Description
Advanced Social Worker – Disabled Children
Location: Barnstaple, North Devon – Flexible part‑time role: 18.5 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday).
The Role
- Lead and support a team alongside the Team Manager
- Work with children and families with complex needs
- Mentor, coach, and develop colleagues
- Drive high‑quality, evidence‑based practice
What You'll Need
- 3+ years PQE
- Social Work England registration
- Experience at Advanced/Senior level
- Strong multi‑agency working experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
The Offer
- Up to £42 per hour (DOE)
- £150 weekly accommodation/commuter support (terms and conditions apply)
- Hybrid working – 1 to 2 office days required
- Set working pattern: Wednesday (½ day), Thursday and Friday
