Job summary
Phoenix Family Practice is looking for a prescribing Advanced Nurse or Paramedic to help with urgent and acute attendances on the day, assist with emergency presentations and assist with compliance.
Our triaging hub will decide on those acute presentations that require a full workup, including ECGs, bloods, swabs and a practitioner that can put the whole picture together.

Main duties of the job
- To provide capacity on the day, seeing undifferentiated and acute presentations.
- Assessing patients, taking note of symptoms and using both practical assessment skills and consultation to develop a differential diagnosis
- To undertake a variety of investigations, including ECGs, BPs, bloods and follow up on the results to ensure patients are treated effectively.
