About the Role
- Deputise for the Team Manager and support operational leadership
- Lead on quality assurance, performance, and practice improvement
- Coordinate and support safeguarding and complex casework
- Provide line management to a small group of Social Care Coordinators and Wellbeing Officers
- Champion strengths-based, trauma-informed and relationship-based practice
- Mentor, coach and support colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
You will play a key role in embedding Care Act principles , ensuring practice focuses on wellbeing, personalisation, and meaningful outcomes.
