Seeking a licensed CRNP or PA-C to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting. This role includes managing a patient panel, collaborating with medical staff, supporting clinical guidelines, and participating in community outreach efforts—all under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a panel of primary care patients
Provide full-scope outpatient medical care
Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
Meet clinical quality measures & participate in peer reviews
