About The Role
An intern who will be responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of system enhancements and projects in Life Operations, namely in New Business and Control & Collections Process.
- Understanding in New Business and Control & Collections System and Processes in AIA
- Provide suggestions to improve business processes and system enhancements
- Participate and understand in business requirements
- Assist in the development of a clear and concise plan of action for User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Execute testing, analyse, and document test outputs for accuracy and completeness scenarios within the stipulated timelines
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve UAT defects, if any
- Report UAT progress and highlight key areas of risk and issues
