Summary This position is located at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the Mental Health Division. Responsibilities Major Duties: Provide effective and efficient communication by greeting patient, answering phones, and scheduling appointments, admissions, discharges and/or transfer for Veterans. Provide general office support by ordering supplies and services. Maintain medical record and assist Veterans in completing questionnaires and form. Provide clerical and office automation support to the medical/program area they are assigned to but may be temporarily assigned to assist in other areas of the Mental Health Division to provide coverage. Coordinates with the assigned patient care team to review with clinical utilization by using various reports (e.g., Clinic Utilization Statistical Summary).
