Engage with various stakeholders, guiding them through HR initiatives that support our workforce across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead post-offer recruitment activities and onboarding processes
• Maintain and audit employee HRIS data accuracy
• Ensure compliance with employee licensure and training
• Administer group benefits and disability management
• Coordinate employee status changes and HR-related inquiries
