Become a key member of the YMCA Camp Pine Crest team as an Advanced Leadership Trainer, guiding youth through transformative outdoor experiences. This role combines leadership training with adventurous white-water canoeing in Ontarioās pristine wilderness.
Key responsibilities include planning leadership programs and facilitating challenging canoe trips that enhance participantsā resilience and confidence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor education and the skills necessary to create a safe, engaging camp environment.
Key Responsibilities:
