Job Description
Shape enterprise network security as an L3 Firewall Support Consultant focused on Cisco Firepower and Palo Alto. Deliver advanced troubleshooting, policy management, and optimization to secure the infrastructure.
In this senior role, you will manage complex incidents while ensuring compliance and high availability. Your expertise in network security engineering, combined with hands-on experience in Cisco ASA and Palo Alto, will be critical. You will drive root cause analysis, monitor threats, and support VPN solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 3 support for firewalls
• Troubleshoot network security incidents and service outages
