KSR has an immediate opening for a Advanced Development Engineer Global Headquarters – Ridgetown, Ontario, Canada.
The Advanced Development Engineer is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of innovative product concepts from ideation through to handoff for commercialization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise who can navigate ambiguity, drive innovation, and align engineering solutions with business and customer needs.
This is a fully onsite position and requires daily attendance at our facility in Ridgetown, Ontario, Canada. Occasional travel to the United States, Europe, and Asia is required.
