As the Adult Day Program Coordinator, you will develop, coordinate, and evaluate activities tailored to the needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities. Reporting to the Services to Seniors Coordinator, you will ensure program equipment, standards, and relationships within the team are maintained at a high level. Your role is crucial in promoting a quality experience for participants through effective management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evaluate engaging participant programming
• Monitor fiscal management and budget adherence
• Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure quality standards in program delivery
• Manage necessary equipment and supplies
Requirements:
• Two years’ relevant experience in an Adult Day Program
