Overview

Lead community-focused programs as an Adult Day Program Coordinator with the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority. Enhance social and recreational experiences for older adults and individuals with disabilities. As a valued member of the health care team, you will report to the Services to Seniors Coordinator/Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging participant programming
• Coordinate and evaluate therapeutic and recreational activities
• Manage program standards, equipment, and supplies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for program enhancement
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Completion of Recreation Facilitator for Older Adults Certificate
• Minimum of two years experience in an Adult Day Program
• Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
• Valid Manitoba driver's license
