Job Description
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and purchasing for workshop used items.
- Work closely with service team for repair pump arrangements (from customer and to customer)
- Track and update service activities.
- Process SAP Service module – Delivery arrangements, Invoice creation.
- Issue PO for all local and overseas purchases.
- Perform GR for all items (non-stock) received in warehouse
- Negotiation with local suppliers on local procurement.
- Support and implementation of PVMY ISO 9001 quality system.
- Ensure the safety and health standards are followed.
- Any other support required by the Operations Manager.
