Job Duties and Responsibilities Cabling & Termination

• Support and complete all scheduled data center Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs).
• Perform hardware installation MACs, including device labeling, power, and network cable connectivity.
• Complete hardware support work orders involving MACs, certification, troubleshooting, and break‑fix.
• Manage assets, auditing, and daily work log/ticket tracking.
• Provide smart‑hands assistance within specified SLA response times (on‑call duties may apply).
