Position Summary
:Under the supervision of the Regional Center Administrator, the Administrator in Training (AIT) provides hands-on assistance in Long-Term Care leadership with the management of daily operations, regulatory compliance, and staff development. The AIT position is designed for individuals pursuing a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license under the guidance of an experienced Administrator. AIT candidates must meet the minimum regulatory requirements for licensure in their state of intended residence.

This is a unique and intensive on-the-job training program designed for individuals seeking initial licensure as a Skilled Nursing Home Administrator and a career as a health care executive.
