Job Responsibilities
The Administrator – Growth serves as the entry point into the Growth Department and is intentionally structured to develop the next generation of Growth professionals. Rather than supporting a single specialty, this role works alongside department personnel across the entire federal business development lifecycle, contributing to marketing, business development, capture, solutions development, proposal management, and vendor management activities as business priorities require. This broad exposure develops a comprehensive understanding of the Growth function while preparing employees for advancement opportunities across the department based on performance, aptitude, and business needs.
