Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage general administrative and office support functions.
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases.
Capture, update, and manage company information and documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Assist with data capturing and record-keeping.
Handle client and supplier enquiries professionally.
Manage office supplies and coordinate orders when required.
Support management and team members with administrative tasks.
Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Relevant administrative qualification will be advantageous.
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
