Job Description
The E-commerce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the company's online sales platforms. This role ensures orders are processed efficiently, inventory is updated, and customers receive excellent service. The position also supports platform optimization, and administrative tasks such as daily delivery routing to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities- Orders processing and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee).
- Familiar with delivery postal codes (e.g 01, 44, 06 etc)
- To plan daily delivery route for delivery team
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates with the warehouse or inventory team.
- Process online orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and promptly.
