Temporary Estates Administrator
Location: Peterhead, AB42 2YY
Duration: 12 weeks (Temporary)
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 1:00pm Friday
Pay rate: £16.85

Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Temporary Estates Administrator to support the Estates team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs Estates Administrator, you will:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing reports, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, managing calendars, attending meetings, and producing accurate meeting minutes.
Operate the Maintenance Helpdesk, ensuring all maintenance requests are logged and allocated promptly to the appropriate maintenance personnel.
