Job Description

Our client is a leader within the Generator and Alternative Energy Industries and they are looking for a young, enthusiastic and talented Administrator to join their team at their Brits branch.

JOB DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Capturing and Management Assisting sales personnel with office/administration duties Prepare quotations and email quotations for all parts or generators Prepare internal email quotations as required for generators or spares and servicing, including transport and courier quotations to various locations locally and export General, ad hoc activities required for the office Marketing assistance

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 with higher grade Mathematics (non-negotiable) Relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Experience in administrative fields Able to grasp new concepts quickly Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans (essential) Drivers' License and own r...
