Job Description

We are looking for an Administrator Benefits Administration to support the Benefits Administration team on a temporary contract of 10 months.

Responsibilities

  • Administer benefit qualification and disqualification for unionized employees, including enrollment, benefit packages, and vendor set up.
  • Maintain accurate benefit records in accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and company audit standards.
  • Develop employee communications and functional documentation such as procedure manuals, issue logs, benefit summaries, standard correspondence, and bulletins.
  • Provide analytical and technical support while ensuring data integrity in SAP HR Master Data and vendor systems.
  • Ensure full accountability of Benefits Administration and liaise with payroll to meet legal, company, and government requirements.
