Job Description

What you’ll be doing


  • Produce high-quality collateral, reports and documentation to support reactive maintenance teams.

  • Deliver accurate weekly and monthly data reporting to inform operational performance.

  • Maintain up-to-date work schedules and issue work instructions to relevant teams.

  • Provide holiday and sickness cover to ensure continuity across maintenance operations.

  • Carry out general administrative duties and respond to ad hoc requests as required.

  • Ensure all routine maintenance information is accurately captured within the maintenance management system, including day and night works, updates, maintenance records and work instructions.

  • Process material and stock orders in collaboration with the Supply Chain Procurement Team, ensuring PPE, tools and equipment are available when needed.
