Administrative Support IV is a multi-skilled position supporting the Rural West Integrated Home Care (IHC) team within the Calgary Zone. Working independently with minimal supervision, the role provides advanced administrative support to the Area Manager, Care Managers, and interdisciplinary team members, including Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, and Health Care Aides. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, correspondence, appointments, records, client scheduling, office systems, supplies, and billing activities. The position serves as a resource for departmental policies, procedures, and administrative processes while supporting efficient service delivery. The role coordinates complex schedules, organizes meetings, prepares agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence, and responds to client and operational inquiries.
