The Opportunity:
Avantor is looking for an Administrative Support Associate II, who carries out day-to-day administrative tasks by following established procedures and standards, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. Support activities may be focused on a broad range of business processes and/or on office/facilities support such as managing schedules, receiving visitors, answering incoming calls, organizing files, and processing paperwork. Tasks include preparing reports, handling requests for information, receiving visitors, preparing travel schedules, arranging calls, answering incoming calls and scheduling meetings. May also coordinate the receipt, storage and issuance of stationery and office supplies. Communicates information, requiring some explanation or interpretation to ensure clarity and understanding.
