Job Title: Administrative Specialist with CRM Expertise and Receptionist Duties
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks, office operations, and receptionist duties.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to organize and maintain customer data.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls and emails and facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional reception experience.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, directing inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Support the team with relevant administrative duties.
