Summary This position is located in Zion National Park, in the Administration Division. Responsibilities Major Duties: Supervision: Performs all aspects of administrative and technical supervision of subordinate staff, including recruitment, hiring, training, performance management, counseling, and taking disciplinary action. Park Leadership: Serves as an engaged and integral member of the park's leadership team. Plan and development of park-wide plans, programs, procedures, operating policies, internal controls, and program goals. Budget and Financial Management: Responsible for keeping the park's revenues and spending in balance through sound advice and supervision of the staff of the administrative division.
