Job Description
Job title: Admin Executive
Location: Nariman Point
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday – Friday)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Manage the office schedule, including appointments and meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and fax machines.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant, virtual assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Any Graduate degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
