Job Description
Seeking an Administrative Coordinator to keep daily office operations organized and support the sales, service, and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Coordinate employee travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare project submittals and equipment documentation packages.
- Organize company meetings, training sessions, customer events, and employee activities.
- Manage office supply orders, meeting lunches, and other office-related purchases.
- Maintain company databases, records, and filing systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Track company vehicles, registrations, and maintenance records.
