**Description**

This Administrative Assistant role is a direct report to the Tech executive and is responsible for providing support for day-to-day operations. They are a key player in ensuring smooth and effective operations for the executive’s group as well as across global Technology, D&A.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

+ Manages and prioritizes executives’ calendars
+ Supports meeting scheduling, coordination, preparation as needed, capturing follow up action items, and follow-up as needed
+ Plans and supports events (e.g., off-sites, summits, conferences, team meetings)
+ Coordinates special projects as needed
+ Monitors, organizes, and, where applicable, actions executives’ email
+ Plans travel and manages expense reports; both within US and globally
+ Creates communications and presentations as needed
+ Maintains function-level distribution lists
