We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/ Data Entry Specialist to support daily office operations in Oxnard.


Responsibilities:

+ Receive incoming products into the warehouse and enter inventory into the system by SKU

+ Ensure drivers are accurately checking products in and out

+ Assist with processing and entering vending machine cash count slips

+ Export invoices and analyze data in Excel

+ Create and work with Pivot Tables

+ Corporate office handles all check processing


Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support, office assistant, or similar business support role.

• Experience performing general office administration in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
