About the Job
The responsibilities for this 12-month contract include:
- Assist with facilities management.
- Office space planning and managing seating maps.
- Coordinate with landlord — booking loading dock/garbage recycle/air conditioning/leaking kitchen sink clog/water filter replacement/light changing.
- Coordinate during relocation projects, staff moves, and meeting room management.
- Coordinate office leasing, renovation, and construction projects with the operation team in Canada.
