We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support with Expenses and Administrative duties in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a Contract position that will focus on assisting with expenses


Responsibilities:

β€’Expense management

β€’ Handle day-to-day administrative tasks

β€’ Serve as a detail-focused point of contact for inbound communication and help route requests efficiently
Requirements


β€’ Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

β€’ Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong and detail-focused presence

β€’ Ability to manage expense and basic administrative tasks

β€’ Experience working in a corporate or financial environment; property management experience is not required
