What You’ll Do

Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings to keep the team on track.
Communications Hub: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and physical mail with a warm, professional demeanor.
Records & Filing: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems so nothing gets lost.
