BCI is seeking an Administrative Assistant to enhance our Private Equity team's operations in Victoria, BC. This role includes vital travel coordination and expense management responsibilities that are key to team success.

As an Administrative Assistant at BCI, you will provide essential support to the Senior Managing Director of Finance & Operations. Your primary tasks will involve coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, and facilitating various administrative workflows. You will also play a critical role in scheduling meetings, managing the Private Equity SharePoint site, and ensuring adherence to BCI’s policies.
