Job Description

Key Accountabilities: 1. Keeping track of attendance, leave, and permissions for the gallery squad. 2. Creating quotes and cost estimates. 3. Sending out regular updates—daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly—including sales, collections, activities, petty cash, pending payments, estimation status, ongoing projects, leads, product-wise collections, stock lists, and more. 4. Helping out and staying on top of the field team with docs, follow-ups, and reminders. 5. Handling incoming calls and greeting walk-in clients/customers like a pro. 6.
