This is a Temporary position who will report to the Administrative Supervisor.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accounts Payable (AP): Process and reconcile invoices, manage payment requests and vendor payments, and complete month-end accruals to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Procurement, Inventory & Vendor Management: Coordinate purchase orders and vendor documentation while maintaining accurate inventory, procurement, and system records through regular reconciliations and data validation.
  • Operational Coordination: Partner with operations, plant, and vendor teams to resolve discrepancies, support inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient invoice processing and payment workflows.
