Job Description
Overview
We need a temporary Administration Support Officer on a temporary basis where you will be working in a supportive environment.
Details
Two months assignment, with the possibility of extending to three months.
Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Newtown location
$29 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
Responsibilities
- Answering and triaging calls and being the friendly front of house receptionist.
- Entering maintenance requests into their systems (BEIMS/PULSE).
- Processing invoices and purchase orders.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounts payable and invoice processing.
- Strong IT skills, especially with the MS Office suite and financial systems.
- A positive attitude, the ability to work under pressure, and great communication skills.
