WE’RE HIRING: Administration Officer – Technical Services
Location: Parow, Cape Town

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Administration Officer to support a Technical Services department with maintenance coordination, data capturing, reporting, stock control, supplier liaison and general administration.

The successful candidate must be accurate, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, process and maintain maintenance request records
• Assist with monthly maintenance data analysis and equipment breakdown trends
• Support monthly stock takes and update spare parts stock cards
• Maintain SOP training records and departmental skills matrix
• Coordinate the planned maintenance calendar
• Process invoices and orders on SYSPRO
