About the Position
As an Administrative Assistant – Hospitality, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across Arts Centre Melbourne's Hospitality department, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of restaurants, cafés, kitchens and event services. Working closely with the Administration Manager, Hospitality Managers and the kitchen brigade, you will coordinate workforce administration, reservations, menu production, payroll support, financial processes and system management. This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting operational teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Variable Time Ongoing| 20 Hours a week | Band 2.1 $61,635 pro rata + 12% superannuation
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience in a high-volume administrative role
- Hospitality administration experience (desirable)
