Job Responsibilities:
Support on local purchases
Support the Administration team on travel visa applications
Support on building and warehouse maintenance alongside the Office Manager.
Works with HR and IT to set up offices and cubicles for new hires.
Support the Office Manager office in events, workshops and team building activities.
Support all departments in fulfilling their requirements for any admin related job.
Other necessary or required tasks/services as directed by the Office Manager.
