Job Description

Admin/ System Coordinator (Office Admin/ Basic IT/ 6 mths contract) Responsibilities
  • Provide basic IT support and assist with simple troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and support.
  • Set up laptops for training sessions and meetings.
  • Maintain and track IT inventory.
  • Support routine tasks such as scheduled hardware swaps.
  • Arrange IT setup for new hires and traveling employees.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding (accounts, equipment, etc.).
  • Assist with simple SAP data entry (e.g., parts creation).
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks.
Qualifications
  • GCE β€˜N’ Level or above.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in system administration, vendor coordination.
  • Able to commit to a 6‑month contract.
