Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage companyโs daily administrative matters and duties, ensuring smooth office operation
- Ensure the overall cleanliness standard of office environment are well maintained
- Manage and assist employees with their housing needs arrangement
- Organise and manage company wide events
- Process all administrative related invoices
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting manager
- Minimum Diploma in business administration or similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years of administrative working experience within a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in administrative work processes and the procurement of office supplies
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactiveness and dedication in supporting office operations
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), ERP, etc.
