Job Description
- Support VP in day-to-day administrative and executive tasks - Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication - Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents - Assist in project coordination and PMO-related activities - Track priorities, follow-ups, and action items for leadership - Organize meetings, agendas, and minutes of discussions - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information - Handle administrative workflows and documentation - Support cross-functional teams and governance meetings
