Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, maintenance, and inventory.
- Assist in preparing and submitting project-related documentation (e.g., permits, site reports, safety documents).
- Maintain and update staff records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Support project teams with coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and clients on administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR, finance, and procurement documentation when required.
- Minimum GCE āNā Level
- 1ā2 years of relevant admin experience; experience in the construction industry is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
