Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support general administrative tasks and daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service providers and clients in the system.
- Prepare, issue, and input data for invoices with precision and timeliness.
- Organize, manage, and maintain paperwork and documents related to claims and site progress, ensuring everything is properly filed.
- Monitor and follow up on work orders and progress reports, providing updates as needed.
- Assist in handling various formalities, including paperwork related to claims.
- Undertake any other duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.
