We're looking for a highly organized Sales Administrator who enjoys creating order, supporting customers, and ensuring every project starts off correctly.
This role is ideal for someone who loves details, follows through on commitments, and enjoys coordinating with different departments.
What You'll Do
Prepare customer quotations and commercial documents
Prepare Customer Orders (CEs) and coordinate order processing
Review customer specifications and ensure information is complete before production
Coordinate artwork approvals and required customer documents
Serve as the primary administrative contact for assigned customer accounts
Coordinate with Planning, Production, QA, Purchasing, and Logistics...
