Job Description

Minimum requirements

  • Friendly, professional, meticulous, and precise
  • Previous administrative and reception experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience working with wages/payroll
  • Experience with ERS will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of labour, overtime calculations, and payslips
  • Must be also able to handle switchboard/reception duties
  • Managing PPE clothing and site-related administration
  • Handling goods and deliveries to and from sites
  • Assisting guests and visitors professionally
  • Assisting Directors with functions, bookings, travel arrangements, and personal errands
  • Must manage all reception functions efficiently
  • Keeping offices neat and tidy.
