REQUIREMENTS Matric Similar experience Own reliable transport Valid driver licence Experience on QuickBooks (bonus) RESPONSIBILITIES Transport orders Checking that units are available at depot before collection & liaising with transporter All initial rental and sales invoices Rental repair invoices- costings by myself or Jason Attach images of completed deliveries to invoices Attach transport scans and rental repairs with images to server/QuickBooks Assist with taking pictures of rental/sales stock if yard is unavailable Checking with the yard staff and Jason to see that rental procedures are being followed and quality control Rental quotes- premade quote sheets will be made out , only customer info to be added Assist with getting pricing for quotes when needed Simple sale/conversion quotes - premade quote sheets/costings will be made out , only customer info to be added Willing to learn/grow with regards to sales, costings , job cards drawings etc Having a license would be beneficial ...
