Job Description
Admin Duties a. Managing & Procurement of Equipment Inventory & Office Supplies
- Stationeries
- Office & Toilet supplies
- Writing and printing materials
- Electronic equipment and devices
- Washing equipment
- Uniform & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Store packing materials (Packing box, bags, pallet wrap, weighing machine, tape, etc)
- Logistic equipment (Trollies, washing equipment, etc)
- Forklift and Pallet Jacks
- Record management (Fire safety equipment, first aid box, basket, packing equipment usage record, etc)
- Coordinate with vendors and authorities on administrative and regulatory matters.
- Fire Safety License
- Pest Management Services (Monthly inspection)
- Lift Operation License
- Electrical/Supply Installation License
