Job Description
(
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including document preparation, filing and record keeping
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence — emails, calls, letters and courier arrangements
- Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems ensuring documents are accurate, complete and easy to retrieve
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operations, scheduling and general office management
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and provide support to management as and when required
